When it’s time to move, you hire a HOME STAGER. 

Staging involves de-personalizing and decorating your home so that it will appeal to the majority of people who will view it.  Gone will be your bowling trophy collection and your grandchildrens’ art on your fridge.  It’s tough.  We get it!  But the point of staging is to help potential  buyers picture themselves in your space.  

We all know that buyers purchase a home based on emotions and how they feel.  They will be more attached to a staged home because we have showcased it to its fullest potential.  A staged home yields 2% higher purchase price vs. a non-staged home. 

When they open your front door, we want them to experience that same “Ahhh….” moment as when they turn the key to a lux hotel room.

A styler will ask you questions about your lifestyle.  (Do you like to entertain? Do you have pets? Do you like to read?  Listen to music? etc.)   Then together, we devise a plan to create a home that is VERY personal.  It may be as simple as rearranging your furniture or changing window treatments or rearranging the collections of things you love to showcase their beauty.
